As it was the my only opportunity to take my kids snorkeling I requested a refund since the trip did not take place. Great Escape denied my refund and kept my money. Very upsetting as I'm a working class individual and having to forfeit $150 for a trip that did not take place was very upsetting. I called the company and emailed several times, they were unresponsive. I would never recommend their services to anyone. Please use a different service provider.”
